Shipping
- Orders are shipped from Japan.
- • Domestic Japan shipping: calculated at checkout according to destination within Japan.
- Domestic Japan Free shipping on orders of ¥5,000 or more.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 5 days of receiving the order.
- We ship worldwide. Postage is calculated at checkout based on your country or region and the number of items, and sent by Japan Post International Air Packet with tracking.
- Free shipping on orders over ¥5,000 applies to orders within Japan only.
Chilled Delivery
- During the warmer months, roughly May to October, chilled delivery is available at checkout for ¥1,550.
- With standard delivery, warmth in transit can leave a pale bloom on the surface. It does not affect quality or flavour, but if you would rather avoid it we recommend chilled delivery.
Payment
- We accept credit cards and PayPal.
- Payment is processed according to the payment method selected at checkout.
Prices
- All prices displayed on the website are tax inclusive.
Customs Duties on International Orders
- Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Some countries and regions restrict food imports. Please check the rules for your destination before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
- Because chocolate is a food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after an order has been shipped.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issuecontact.
- We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
- Return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods will be covered by Darling Wings Chocolate.
