Variation in colour,\n      shape and flavour between pieces is normal and is not a fault.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>In warmer weather, standard delivery can leave a pale bloom on the\n      surface. It does not affect quality or flavour, but if you would rather\n      avoid it, please choose chilled delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Where standard delivery is chosen, we cannot accept responsibility for\n      changes in condition caused by temperature during transit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-fraunces-font-family\" style=\"margin-top:40px;font-size:clamp(15.747px, 0.984rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.809), 24px);\">Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-inter-font-family\">\n<li>To cancel before dispatch,<a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact<\/a>us as soon as possible.\n      Depending on how far preparation has progressed, we may be unable to\n      accept the cancellation.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Because chocolate is a food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after an order has been shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us\n      within 7 days of delivery.
